Novotel Nha Trang - Family & Business trip hotel - Indochina Food Festival

Nha Trang is well-known as a part of Champa culture which added a sense of Indochina flavours as we know today. This summer, Novotel and its guest-chef, Moon brings the Indochina Food Festival to Nha Trang to spice up your summer holidays. The event extends to 3 parts and valid between 10 and 16 July.

The wine tasting: held on 10th July, from 5PM till 7PM at Le Bar, the lobby. The guest-chef, Moon will introduce her Indochina food which inspired her since the begining of her carreer around the world. Join her wine tasting at 250,000nett.

The Indochina Buffet Dinners: happening at The SQUARE restaurant at Novotel Nha Trang, the Indochina buffet presenting above 40 dishes including chef Moon “must-try” signatures. The buffet ticket remains the price VND 577,000nett per person.

The Cooking Class: Chef Moon is presenting 3 Indochina dishes including Laos Beef Salad, Braised Fish Maw in Red Gravy and the Mango Sticky Rice. The cooking class happens between 11AM and 1PM on Saturday 15th July. Price: VND 500,000 per guest.
