Novotel Nha Trang proudly presents its Thai guest chef, Ms. Jantima who will help you discover the authentic Thai Food Festival this early April.

Growing up assisting her family sell foods in Thailand which developed into passion for cooking and sharing great dishes with friends and families. She strengthened her skills in studies Thai foods in numerous well known Thai cooking schools in Bangkok to compare recipes and presentation methods targeting teaching Thai cooking to Thai and non-Thai students, among them are famous International cooking school such as Le Cordon Bleu Dusit, and get chance to learn French Pastry from Chef Alexandre.

Until now, Chef Jantima has been regularly taught private group in Thailand, Jakarta, Beijing, Shanghai to share her love of Thai foods, prepared properly using only the best available ingredients and incorporated the local fruits and vegetable products to bring the best of Thai cooking. Chef Jantima also rotate as a Guest Chef for Thai Food Festival from mid scale hotels to high end hotels such as Sofitel, Ritz-Carlton (Beijing), Pullman, Novotel, Grand Mercure etc… and also verb a menu consultant and training chef for new Thai Restaurant.

Chef Jantima will be in Nha Trang from 3rd till 9th April during her Thai Food Festival 2017 at Novotel Nha Trang and prepare for you a week of Thai dinner buffets and Thai Cooking Class.
